These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and ab444 ("the Platform"). They apply to all use of the ab444 website, mobile browser platform, games, sportsbook, promotions and any other services ab444 provides. • You will maintain only one account. Multiple accounts registered to the same person, device, IP address or payment method are treated as duplicate accounts and may all be suspended without notice.

• The minimum deposit is ৳10. ab444 does not impose a maximum deposit limit, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. This is a standard anti-money-laundering control measure.
• ab444 does not charge processing fees on deposits or withdrawals. Any fees charged by the payment provider are outside ab444's control and are the player's responsibility.

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (rollover). Bonus funds and any winnings from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the rollover requirement is fully met.
• Bonuses are valid for a specified time period. If the wagering requirement is not completed within the validity period, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited automatically.

• Bonuses are awarded per player, per household, per device and per IP address. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account suspension.
• Free spin bonuses are valid on specified games only. Winnings from free spins are subject to the applicable wagering requirement before withdrawal is permitted.

All games and betting markets on ab444 are governed by the following rules, in addition to any game-specific or sport-specific terms that may apply:

• All bets are final once confirmed. ab444 does not accept cancellations after confirmation, except where a market is voided due to a technical error or event cancellation beyond our control.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game, ab444 reserves the right to void bets and return stakes. Game outcomes determined by a certified RNG are final and not subject to dispute.
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to place bets, exploit game mechanics or gain an unfair advantage is strictly forbidden. Any winnings from such means will be voided and the account permanently closed.
• ab444 reserves the right to adjust the result of any bet where it is determined that the bet was placed using information not publicly available at the time, or where there is evidence of match-fixing or event manipulation.

ab444 is committed to responsible gaming and believes gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment. We provide the following tools to support responsible play:

• Deposit limits: Players may request a reduction in their daily, weekly or monthly deposit limit at any time by contacting ab444 support. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Time-out: Players may request a temporary account suspension for 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. During a time-out the account cannot be used for any activity.
• Self-exclusion: Players who feel gambling is becoming a problem may request permanent self-exclusion. Once confirmed, the account will be closed and the player will not be permitted to re-register.
• Reality checks: ab444 may display session duration notifications to help players monitor their time on the platform. Players are encouraged to use these as a prompt to review their activity and play within their means.

ab444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close a player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms, including providing false registration information, holding multiple accounts, or engaging in bonus abuse.
• ab444 has reasonable grounds to suspect the player is engaging in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any activity that is illegal under applicable law.
• The player has requested self-exclusion or permanent account closure under ab444's responsible gaming policy.
• ab444 is required to do so by a regulatory authority, law enforcement body or court order. ab444 will comply with any lawful instruction and may be prohibited from notifying the player in advance.

All content on the ab444 platform — including software, games, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, data, user interfaces, design elements and the ab444 brand name — is the exclusive property of ab444 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ab444 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, sell or create derivative works from any ab444 content without express prior written permission. Unauthorised use of ab444 intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ab444 limits its liability as follows:

• ab444 is not liable for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform.
• ab444 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may temporarily affect availability; ab444 will endeavour to minimise downtime and communicate planned outages in advance.
• ab444's total liability to you in connection with any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ab444 collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is available at /privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. ab444 does not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
